1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to all governorates across Egypt.
For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

Upper Egypt & remote areas: 4–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

Delivery location

Order size and weight

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery in selected areas.
Additional fees will apply for COD orders.

7. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address 

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
